❌ No on-site repair/replacement for physical failures (e.g., damaged PCB, burnt components).
❌ Not liable for failures caused by:
Improper installation/power supply
Unauthorized modifications
Environmental factors (corrosion, humidity, etc.)
Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).
❌ Support void if equipment is tampered with by non-certified personnel.
3. Warranty Coverage
Hardware warranty covers free shipment of replacement parts (labor not included).
Remote support is provided free of charge during warranty period (1 year).
Post-warranty support: Paid remote service ($XX USD/hour).
4. Critical Notice
The customer must employ qualified local electricians for:
